Manage Day-to-Day Tasks

Users are able to create and assign tasks, set priorities, tag and update statuses of tasks. There is extensive support for the filtering and sorting of tasks. Notifications and deadlines can be conveniently separated by contract or vessel or by a specific department.

Messaging built-in

A group chat allows users to discuss details of each task, send photos or documents so that everybody involved is kept up-to-date with how a particular task is progressing

Files can be renamed and multiple files can be downloaded at once. Folder creation is supported and there is an easy drag-and-drop interface to support moving files between different folders

Quick checklists can be added to every task to allow for easy visualization of how the task is progressing. Admins are able to edit existing checklists, or create new ones

TESTS

Proficiency Tests

The system supports the creation of proficiency tests for candidates as well as to check the qualifications of current employees of the company. HR managers have the ability to create multiple-choice or single answer questions and video and photo files can be added as supplementary information. All tests can be sorted into folders for easy navigation

Candidates Database

All test results are stored in a candidate database. HR staff can easily access each person’s information, see the answers provided on the tests, leave comments for internal review and flag candidates who can be made a job offer

Accessibility

Tests can be passed on any available device, thanks to the system’s fully-responsive layout

Test Setup

HR personnel can generate unique links to tests to send to prospective candidates, or they can opt to allow access to tests only to candidates registered in the candidate database

Dark Theme

The system supports an increased-contrast dark theme for all pages of the system
