Everything about renovation is stored in one place. There's no need to jumble personal calls and messages with renovation-related ones. User can send messages, photos, or files, and participate in group chats concerning the renovation -- right in the app.

Secure Payments

Users don't need to visit a bank; they can simply make payments using Apple Pay or a credit card. Enabled by Stripe, this method is 100% secure and convenient.

Scheduled Group Calls

Users have the ability to schedule high-quality video or audio calls. They can add participants, share their camera to display results, among various other highly useful features.

Paperwork at Ease

Users can review and even sign agreements (enabled by DocuSign) within the same app. Additionally, it's always clear where to locate the contract.

Design Questionnaire

To thoroughly comprehend clients' expectations and achieve optimal outcomes, a specialized questionnaire is available. Here, users can indicate their design preferences and other requirements.

App for Project Managers

A separate app was developed for Welcome Renovation managers, which enables them to efficiently manage projects, send reports to clients, and handle other significant aspects.

Convenient for PMs

Upon opening the app, the Project Manager can see every detail about the project, including the work plan, scheduled meetings, recent reports, and more.

Reports to Customer

The Project Manager sends daily reports to the customer with information about recent updates. Accompanied by photos and text descriptions, these reports provide complete transparency on the progress and enhance customer satisfaction.

Punch List

Once the primary tasks are completed, a Punch List is available to both the customer and the Project Manager, where they can add final modifications and track their progress.

Advanced Admin Panel

The administrator efficiently manages Project Managers, Projects, and Customers.
