Move to
All files and folders can be moved to other folders or sections. It is possible to create new folders
Imprtant files
Important files can be marked, after which they are displayed in a separate Important section
Tile view
It is possible to switch between displaying files as a tile or a list
Archive
All deleted files are stored in the archive
Drag & Drop
Files and folders can be moved using drag and drop

Task Management
Users are able to create and assign tasks, set priorities, tag and update statuses of tasks. There is extensive support for the filtering and sorting of tasks. Notifications and deadlines can be conveniently separated by contract or vessel or by a specific department.
Accounting
Including invoices, payments, management of various accounts, cashflow, etc. All fully integrated with other sections and features of the system.
Vessel Management
Every aspect of a particular vessel can be viewed and managed from a single page, including lease history, previous and current contracts, ownership information, payments related to the vessel and more.
Emails
As part of the project, an internal email service has been implemented in which it is convenient to process a large number of letters
Personell Management
HR personnel are able to manage employee profile cards, assign employees to departments and track their activities.
Proficiency Tests
The system supports the creation of proficiency tests for candidates as well as to check the qualifications of current employees of the company. HR managers have the ability to create multiple-choice or single answer questions and video and photo files can be added as supplementary information.
Calendar
Track upcoming events, tasks and payments on the calendar
Mobile App
Mobile application was implemented for some sections so that the employee had the opportunity to work outside the workplace
